The Biggest Loser

This show is easily one of my favorite shows. I believe that I now could qualify for this show.

On a normal week, I weigh about 162-165 pounds. Nothing out of the ordinary right?

Well, as most of you know, I have been oddly sick this past week, and my desire to eat or drink hasn’t really ever been there. Today, I decided to weigh myself tonight to see how much weight I had lost. I was guessing. . . maybe 5 pounds

As I said earlier, I normally weigh about 162-165 pounds. When I stepped off the scale today, it said. . .

. . . 151.8 . . . .

WHHHATTT? I don’t know if you think that’s crazy, but I sure do. I lost about 11 or 12 pounds in a little less than a week. I don’t think I’m “well-built”, but I definitely didn’t think I could lose this much weight in a matter of days. I didn’t even exercise. I slept about 40 hours this weekend.

This is hands down the most effective diet of all time.
